Modulift, a globally renowned manufacturer of below-the-hook lifting equipment, is pleased to announce a significant rise in demand for custom lifting beams and frames. The surge in demand is testament to Modulift’s unwavering dedication to engineering excellence. With a team of seasoned engineering experts and cutting-edge 3D design software, the company consistently delivers tailored solutions that address the most complex lifting challenges faced by clients in various industry sectors, including oil, gas, wind, shipping, breakbulk and logistics.

Fixed Lifting Beam

Specifically designed for low headroom, multi-point lifts, this fixed frame weighs 120kg and achieves a span from 0.22m to 3.3m with a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 2.5t. It features one top lifting point to suit the customer’s specified crane hook and 16 bottom lifting points for use with 4.75t bow shackles.

Telescopic Beam

Modulift designed and manufactured a 40t Telescopic Beam, adjustable from 3.6m to 6m, compliant with BSEN 13155. Notably, this custom-designed beam allows quick and easy adjustment without disassembling components. The smooth sliding mechanism ensures stiffness at the centre of the beam, while the end units are compatible with standard Modulift drop links. The beam also incorporates robust locking mechanisms between its two sections.
