Reporting to the Operations Director, you are responsible for the work output, performance and development of your function, involved team members and the safe use, routine maintenance and housekeeping of associated workspaces, plant and equipment.

You will be responsible and accountable for the Finishing Line function and the Finishing Line Team to meet production schedules, product quality requirements and specifications, and any specific customer requirements around product finish or quality.

You will ensure that all products adhere to our blasting/painting procedure specification, or a higher customer specification where required e.g. projects. You will ensure this through blast profile visual inspections and WFT and DFT testing for paint finish, stamping Works Orders and any additional project documentation, once you have confirmed components meet specification.

You will also ensure that any finished product going to the Warehouse requires minimal to no touch up to reduce unnecessary double handing and rework of components.
