Role Summary
A varied Business Administration and Business Support role, reporting to and assisting the Business Systems & HR Manager with all day-to-day support functions of a growing business. Primary responsibilities will include; HR administration, QHSE administration, facilities support, IT/telecoms system administration, business purchasing and general office assistance, in this critical business support function.
The role demands will be challenging and varied, driven by our continually growing and developing company. As a result it requires a ‘pro-active team player’ and someone really willing to get stuck in.
The successful candidate must be organised, prioritising tasks to meet all deadlines. As well as professionally discrete and completely trustworthy, as you will be handling sensitive HR and business information. We are very much ‘one team’ and as a result the willingness and ability to support colleagues, working closely and professionally with other Departments and Management is absolutely essential.
