Clevis Drop Link & Delta Plate

When performing 4-point lifts with angled slings, multiple slings can bunch together in a single shackle. This crowding increases stress on the shackles and accelerates wear on the slings, creating a higher risk of damage and reducing the overall safety and efficiency of the lift.

The Clevis Drop Link is an innovative solution for eliminating bunching and crowding of multiple slings in shackles, making it a safe and practical choice for performing 4-point lifts with one Spreader Beam.

Delta Plates are used for various lifting and pulling applications. They can be used on their own for specific applications and in conjunction with the Clevis Drop Link.

Step Down End Units and Cone Adapters

Modulift step down end units and cone adaptors provide a practical solution for achieving longer spans without the need for full high-capacity spreaders. Cone adaptors allow smaller end units to be connected to larger strut systems, while step down end units perform the same function within a single component, reducing from MOD 110. Both options enable different Modulift systems to be combined or existing spreaders to be reused, increasing overall versatility and reducing the need for new equipment.

Watch the Seamless Integration video alongside to see how a standard spreader beam can be effortlessly combined with step down end units and cone adaptors in practice.

Drop Links

Modulift drop links are designed to accommodate slight sling misalignment of up to ±6°, preventing unwanted bending forces from being transferred into the spreader beam. Unlike fixed-end designs, this allows the load to remain aligned through the beam rather than forcing it to resist bending.

By ensuring forces are carried straight through the spreader, the design improves load distribution and enables a lighter beam to be used for the same lifting capacity, supporting safer and more efficient lifting operations.
