Lifting Shackles

Modulift sell all types of Slings and Shackles so that all your rigging needs can be supplied from one convenient source. Proof Load Testing of Lifting Shackles and Slings with Third Party Witnessing is also available on request. Depending on your choice of Spreader Beam the Shackle size and type will change. From MOD 6 to MOD 110 you will require Standard Bow Shackle. From MOD 110H to MOD 110SH you will require Heavy Duty Shackles, and for MOD 250 and up Sling Shackles (Wide Body) should be used. Modulift recommend the use of safety Bolt Shackles, the corresponding Shackle sizes and model numbers can be seen in the table below.

For Spreader Beams 800t and above the Shackle sizes can range from 400t to 1500t depending upon the proposed lift and setup of the Spreader Beam. Please contact Modulift for more information.
